Cancellation

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities. For legal reasons, we cannot accept returns of goods that have already been opened or used. Similarly, coffee ground by us is excluded from exchange and withdrawal.

A. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Notwithstanding this, the withdrawal period for a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Schwarzwild Rösterei - Lieblingskaffee GmbH, Lieblingskaffee GmbH, Krenar Goduni, Kartäuserstraße 60a, 79102 Freiburg, Germany, info@roesterei-schwarzwild.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. the form) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

to return or hand over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.

EXCLUSION OR PREMATURE EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
