We select our coffees with a keen sense of sensory perception and years of experience . Origin, variety, processing, and harvesting conditions play just as important a role as personal contact with the producers. In our roastery in Freiburg, we roast each variety individually and gently in small batches . This allows us to bring out the individual character of each bean – clear, balanced, and with depth.
