Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions - Social Media

1. General

The organizer of the competition and the data protection responsible party is Schwarzwild Kaffeerösterei - Lieblingskaffee GmbH (hereinafter referred to as " Schwarzwild Kaffeerösterei").

The competition is not connected to Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms or newsletter platforms and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by them. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Promotional Period

Participation in the competition is only possible online during the promotional period. This period is specified in the respective competition post and applies only to that particular competition. All later entries will not be considered.

3. Eligibility to Participate

Participation is free of charge, except for any internet connection costs, and is independent of the purchase of goods or the use of a service. Eligible participants are individuals who are 18 years of age or older, reside in Europe, and have their own profile on the respective social media platform or provide their email address on our mail platform or in the newsletter tool.

Employees and relatives of Schwarzwild Kaffeerösterei are not permitted to participate in the competition and will be excluded from participation. Participation by competition agencies, as well as other automatically generated mass participations and submissions, are expressly excluded and will not be considered in the selection of winners.

4. Terms of Use

Participation in the competition takes place as described in the respective competition post. Participation in the competition is only possible through the method described in the post; other participation options are excluded.

Winners will be drawn from all users who meet the above requirements.

Multiple entries using different or multiple accounts, as well as any other manipulative measures, will lead to the immediate exclusion of the participant. The prizes specified in the respective post will be raffled among all participants.

Winners will be notified via direct message. This can be done by messaging, linking, or email. The competition organizer will endeavor to reach the winners and will try all available means. The winner must contact Schwarzwild Kaffeerösterei within 24 hours of notification via a private message and provide their name, address, telephone number, and email address so that shipping can be arranged. The participant agrees that this data may be transmitted to the respective shipping service provider insofar as this is necessary for the execution of shipping.

Each participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data they submit to Schwarzwild Kaffeerösterei. If the winner does not contact Schwarzwild Kaffeerösterei within 24 hours of notification, another participant will be drawn.

Prizes cannot be paid out in cash and are not transferable. Participation in this competition does not obligate a purchase from Schwarzwild Kaffeerösterei. Purchases from Schwarzwild Kaffeerösterei have no influence on the chance of winning.

Legal recourse is excluded.

5. Data Protection Provisions

The personal data collected from the winners will be used by Schwarzwild Kaffeerösterei exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition, including the prize draw. No further processing or use of personal data will take place. No personal data will be passed on to third parties, except where this is necessary for the dispatch of the prize.

The winner can at any time request information about the data stored about him/her and/or object to the storage and/or use of his/her data with effect for the future, and demand the deletion or blocking of his/her personal data from Schwarzwild Kaffeerösterei.

6. Early Termination of the Competition

Schwarzwild Kaffeerösterei reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. Schwarzwild Kaffeerösterei will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in hardware and/or software) or legal reasons, a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed.

7. Liability

Schwarzwild Kaffeerösterei is not liable, in particular, for damages that may arise from errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of technical equipment and service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses, or in any other way during participation in the competition, unless such damages were caused intentionally or with gross negligence by Schwarzwild Kaffeerösterei, its organs, employees or vicarious agents.

8. Granting of Rights

The participant agrees, in the event of a win, to be published with their Instagram account name on the Instagram channel of Schwarzwild Kaffeerösterei in a post and/or story, and to be notified via email or other contact options.

9. Participant's Assurance

The participant assures that they possess all rights to the content they publish and do not use a fictitious name as their Instagram account name. They indemnify Schwarzwild Kaffeerösterei against any such third-party claims.

10. Miscellaneous

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected. Schwarzwild Kaffeerösterei reserves the right to adapt the content and information on this page, as well as these terms and conditions, to changed legal frameworks.
